In-person customized instruction -- Rates are $100 per hour - all tutoring is done at your home or office or any location you want. First timers should plan on 2-3 hours for the initial consultation. That is all most users will need, although we also provide bulk plans and ongoing phone support.

Free in-person visits within New York City -- Travel charges will apply to other tri-state locations.

Phone support -- Quick question? Nagging issue? Don't feel the need for a full tutorial right now? Hesitant to invest and want to try our services? We can do a lot with a phone call, but our philosophy is about personalized in-depth training.

Referral program -- Our goal is to have so satisfied that you rave about us to your friends, relatives, coworkers, and even random people on the street. We plan on convincing you with our service, but as an added incentive, we will give you a free hour of support for every five referrals you send our way.
